Once online order is done - How to do Pickup

 
  Pickup Procedure - Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm
*Please note - No pick-ups on Public Holidays

 

1. Please use the car park at the REAR of the building and walk to the front of building. Upon arrival please RING THE DOORBELL and have your NAME and ORDER NUMBER ready.

2. We will hand you the order outside at the front door - then you're off to the surf!

3. PRODUCT MAY NOT BE TRIED ON OUTSIDE or in the parking lot. Product must be tried on in the comfort and safety of your home.

4. Contact us by email if you need to make a return or exchange.

5. If you wish to make an exchange, you must purchase the new item online. This will ensure the item you are after will be held and cannot be purchased by someone else first. We will notify you when the new order is ready for pick up.

6. We are not set up to take payment at the door, all purchases must happen online prior to your arrival.
