*Local taxes, brokerage fees and/or duty assessed at customs are the customer's responsibility.

Refused Shipments - the customer will be responsible for any brokerage, duties, and taxes on the return, as well as any return shipping fees incurred. These fees will be deducted from the refund owing on the product. 

In the event that these fees cost more than the product, the customer is not entitled to any refund.

but we can get a shipping quote for you!

Just a quick reminder — if it’s the Christmas season shipping volumes are much higher than usual. Please place orders early so your deliveries arrive on time!
Ontario & Quebec - 1 to 3 business days
East Coast - 3 to 6 business days 
West Coast - 4 to 7 business days

- You will receive tracking AFTER your package is picked up from Surf Ontario.
- We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours of order. Please note online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday/Tuesday.
- Remote locations may experience longer deliver times.
- In the event that the correct shipping parameter is not selected on the order, we will place any such orders on hold until adequate payment is made.

- Please ensure you enter your correct full shipping address.
- Shipping fees for shipments returned to Surf Ontario Surf Shop will be the responsibility of the customer and shipping fees to resend the order are the responsibly of the customer.

We ship SUPs with our carefully chosen shipper as they offer the best service, they will treat your SUP with care and do so in the most timely fashion.
