1 to 15 days for Refund or 16 to 30 days for Store Credit or Exchange.
Returns will NOT be accepted beyond 30 days.
Product returned unbeknownst to Surf Ontario beyond 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee - the balance in the form of credit.
Surf Ontario offers a 15-day return policy for refund starting from the time of order for store pick ups OR 15 days from the time of delivery if the order is shipped. Equipment must be unused and in original condition and NOT damaged. Surf Ontario offers a 30-day credit or exchange for equipment unused and in original condition and returned with all with tags and original packaging. (without tape damage or markings)
Products returned not in these conditions will not be returned or face a restocking fee of 25%.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

1) Please use this return form and insert it into the parcel -

2) Make sure you include all undamaged original labels and product packaging -
(a) For example, don't place decals on the product packaging.
(b) For wetsuits, make sure it is dry from body perspiration as this can affect your refund. See note below*
3) Ship to address on the Product Return form
4) We encourage people to buy the alternative size straight away so it does not go out of stock.
5) Refunds or store credit will only be issued AFTER receiving and inspecting.
(On curbside return the same applies as above)
Don't have a printer? Please include all these details on a piece of paper in the parcel.
6 - Please notify us of the return and supply tracking if you have.

**Shipping charges for returned goods purchased online are the responsibility of the customer.
* Wetsuits - follow packing instructions on return form.
*One-piece swimsuits or bikini bottoms can be returned under the following conditions - unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with the price tags still attached. Returns will be accepted on swimsuits only if the hygienic protection is still attached. We strongly recommend you do not remove your underwear when trying on swimsuits until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking. The same would apply to products like Surf Ears, which cannot be returned.
*We kindly request to be mindful of fragrances and deodorant when trying on items. If there are any lingering odours or stains on returned items we will be unable to credit the full amount and your refund will be subject to a cleaning and restocking fee.
*Wetsuits worn for extended periods (like outside of the shop, for example) will be considered as used and your refund will be subject to this.
*Please note wetsuits need to be removed and hung up once received. Left in the shipping box for extended periods of time will create creases which are not warranted
***Used, Demo or Damaged in Transit boards are final sale.

Surf Ontario reserves the right to charge a stocking fee for boards bought and not collected from the store.
***Wetsuits for shows, movies etc are final sale due to body odour left.
****When it comes to Sales in fairness to all our customers our sales run during the sales time period only.
**Please ensure you enter your correct full shipping address. Shipping fees for shipments returned to sender will be the responsibility of the customer and shipping fees to resend the order are the responsibly of the customer.
