MODERN SURFBOARDS

7'0 x 21 1/2 x 2 13/16 | 47ltr - Futures

APPROX WEIGHT RANGE 176lb / 80kg

Board Contours: Rolled Vee to Double Concave Vee
Rail: Medium to Full Rail
Surfer Skill Level: Beginner - Advanced
Wave Height: 1-6ft

The Modern Falcon is now available in TMRW TECH construction - blending mid-length versatility with materials engineered to tread lighter on the planet. This board features a durable, flexible 100% recycled TPU outer shell, a shaped core wrapped in fiberglass and bio-epoxy resin. It rides with the familiar flow and responsiveness of traditional PU, but it’s built to handle the knocks and pressures that often sideline other boards. The result is a longer-lasting board that stays in your quiver and out of the landfill. Even the fin boxes and leash plug are made from recycled plastic and the entire board is precision-molded to minimise waste.

The Falcon’s smooth outline, fuller nose, and balanced rocker make it a go-to option across a wide range of conditions. Ideal for surfers stepping down from a longboard or those looking to add glide and stability to their quiver as they progress to an intermediate level. It paddles easily, trims effortlessly and responds when it’s time to draw clean, carving turns.

OUTLINE: The wide point is forward to enhance trim stability from a central stance position, and the streamlined nose gives the outline a contemporary vibe. The back half of the board tapers steadily towards the tail for easier turning in smaller waves, and to heighten control in slightly larger waves.

CONTOURS: The rocker strikes a balance between paddle speed and just enough nose/tail lift for accessing steeper parts of the wave. Forward vee running to vee/double concave between the feet allows for very smooth rail transitions and a responsive feel when standing further back.

FOIL: Designed with plenty of volume through the spine for appropriate buoyancy and stability. The taper at the tips provides better performance sensitivity when riding on the wave face.

PERFORMANCE: The dual-purpose nature of the Falcon offers a stable and cruisy ride for surfers coming off a softboard or bigger longboard. Alternatively, more capable riders will find a surprising amount of speed a response when adopting a more aggressive approach.

Available in a broad size allocation in clear and tint options, the Modern Falcon is a reliable, and affordable board that will feature prominently in your quiver. Comes as a thruster with FCS II plugs and Performer Medium fins.

SURFBOARD CONSTRUCTION - TMRW TECH

Introducing Tomorrow Tech ( TMRW TECH ) Construction
Over the past few years, we've been quietly working on something that matters to us—and to the planet: building a surfboard with the smallest possible carbon footprint.

Our goals were clear from the start. The board had to perform well in the water, look great under your arm, and be made from materials that keep its environmental impact to a minimum. Not just one or two of those things—all of them.

To help reduce waste, we turned to molded construction. The outer shell is made from 100% TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), a material known for its toughness and flexibility. Inside, we use a shaped blank wrapped in two types of fiberglass and infused with a foaming epoxy bio-resin. The core is placed into a mold, where the resin is set and the board takes its final form. Even the fin boxes and leash plug are made from recycled plastic. Once out of the mold, the board is trimmed, tidied up, and ready to ride. Is this construction futuristic? Not really we think it's just better for the planet.

The result? A super-durable, responsive board that performs like a traditional PU board—same weight, same feel underfoot, just built to last a whole lot longer. Which means fewer boards ending up in landfill, and more time spent surfing.
