Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product, Surf Ontario offers a 15 day return policy from the time of pick up.  Equipment must be unused and in original condition.  Surf Ontario offers a 30 day credit or exchange for equipment unused and in original condition.  

Used, Demo or Damaged in Transit boards are final sale.

Surf Ontario reserves the right to charge a stocking fee for boards bought and not collected from the store.

Privacy Policy

Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is changed into a scrambled code, through a process called encryption, and stored in our database.  We may use personal information you share with us to occasionally contact you about products, services or promotions we think may be of interest to you. You can ask us to stop sending you information at any time by sending an email to: info@surfontario.com

We will not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties. We do not share space to advertisers on this site. Links to third parties are provided as an educational service to our customers and visitors.

Shipping

Shipping to Surf Ontario is included in the price of all goods for sale at Surf Ontario. We will contact you with shipping/courier costs if you need it shipped from Surf Ontario Surf Shop.

Surfboards under 6'8 - $30-60

Surfboards over 6'8 - $75-125

Paddleboards  - $75+

Land Paddles - $10-20

Skateboards - $12-25

Wetsuits - $10-20

Please note: The above are shipping estimates. The lower price range is for Ontario, the higher price range is for the West Coast. Prices maybe more or less depending on your geographical location. Please email us with your city and postal code and desired product for a precise quote.

Taxes

All boards and gear exclude taxes.

Buyers out of the province of Ontario will be subject to their applicable taxes. Please contact Surf Ontario prior to purchase.
